Who we are looking for
We seek a proactive and analytical Customer Success Manager to help manage and grow our supply partnerships across the EU market. This role is ideal for someone with a strong problem-solving mindset who enjoys working with data, optimizing performance, and building lasting relationships with partners.
Must haves
* Relationship Building: Passionate about establishing and growing partnerships with publishers and tech partners.
* Analytical Thinking: A strong data-driven mindset with the ability to interpret and act on insights.
* Technical Understanding: Comfortable working with digital advertising technologies and troubleshooting issues.
* Problem-Solving Mindset: Enjoys tackling challenges and finding creative solutions.
* Bachelor´s degree in Business or a relevant field.
* Language Skills: German native/fluent and English fluent.
Nice to have
* Experience in account management, ad tech, or programmatic advertising.
* Familiarity with data analysis tools (Excel), dashboards, or APIs.
* Background and/or interest in digital advertising, ad tech, or media sales.
Your mission
* Manage and optimize relationships with supply partners to unlock additional revenue.
* Support the onboarding of new supply partners.
* Analyze data to identify growth opportunities.
* Troubleshoot technical issues.
* Act as a strategic advisor to partners, helping them navigate best practices and new opportunities.
* Collaborate closely with internal teams—New Business, Demand, and Tech—serving as the voice of your partners within the organization.
