Supervisor, Inside Sales DACH Main Purpose of Position This position forms a critical part of the Rochester Electronics EMEA Sales organization based out of the DACH Sales Office in Munich, Germany: Reporting to the Manager, Inside Sales & Customer Service DACH, the individual will be positioned in a team environment working closely with the Line Manager, Inside Sales, Regional Sales, Business Development and also Supplier Development & Product t eam driving the overall Company Business Strategy. Support and execute b usiness p lans and s ales s trategies to maximize revenue growth, increase market share and position the company as a strategic supplier with the assigned customer base. Exceed defined sales and revenue budget for the DACH region. With a focus on building strong interpersonal customer relationships th is role will suit a dynamic individual who t hrives off the challenge of a t eam orientated proactive sales approach. Fluent in German and English language is vital. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS Provide support, training, and guidance to a l l Inside Sales and Customer Service Representatives – DACH Set daily/weekly/monthly objectives for the Inside Sales & Customer Service DACH team and its members, review these objectives and meet with specific individuals on a defined basis Responsibility of the team’s work in synergy with strategy defined in conjunction with the Manager & Regional Manager, Inside Sales & Customer Service – EMEA Responsibility for DACH Regional backlog management Ensure all ISRs & CSR are in full alignment with appropriate practices and procedures in place at our Global Company’s Headquarter Work as an integral member of the Global team and form strong and effective relationships throughout the organization In conjunction with the EMEA Sales team, the position will be responsible for managing the full sales cycle from lead generation, qualifying business opportunities, creating sales proposals, negotiating and closing deals Define target list of existing OEM and CEM “one-touch” customers and build relationships with key decision makers, to cross sell and upsell within the business throughout EMEA Work with EMEA Sales team to gain “audience” with pre-identified target potential customers across the region Responsible for identifying new customers and significantly growing the number of trading customers with Rochester Provide quotations and order entry processing for designated customers within region and build relationships with key decision makers, to cross sell and upsell within the business throughout DACH Identify major opportunities, gain information, and develop strategies utilizing all available resources to close business in the region Support the closing of all new business and the onboarding of new customers Promote the full range of Rochester Electronics products and services Participate fully in all Global and EMEA sales promotions Provide a first-class service that meets and exceeds the expectations of our customer base Responsible for accurate and timely forecasting of new business opportunities and revenue for the customer base and ensuring CRM is utilized and maintained on a daily basis Provide effective communication and service to the customer base and effectively navigate internally to influence decisions and priorities on active business opportunities Be able and willing to pick up additional workload as appropriate Manage appropriate customer feedback including complaints, order progressing and documentation Ad hoc Office Management responsibilities to support EMEA Office Manager, including vendor correspondence, translation, supply procurement, Health & Safety requirements but no limited to. PREPARATION, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES Vast Semiconductor industry experience and knowledge Fluent in German and English language - verbal and written communication skills are essential.
