Purpose & Overall Relevance for the Organization:
As a Manager Global Bonus Management, you are part of the Brand Partnerships area, collaborating closely with Sports Marketing and Finance departments. In this role you support your line manager in the overall execution of the Global Bonus Program in partnering with relevant stakeholders to ensure budget accuracy and transparency for the organization at any time.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Support in execution of Global Bonus Program for Sports Marketing with the Brand Partnership Finance Business partner
2. Maintain continuous improvements of GBP by aligning the different needs of the Business Units, Brand Management, Finance as well as external changes in the world of competitive sports
3. Manage GBP guide document and relevant reports
4. Support in execution of Mid-Year (MTA) and Year-End Target Adjustments (ETA)
5. Manage monthly rolling forecasts including bonus likelihoods for future events
6. Provide relevant bonus data to Finance stakeholders to ensure accruals and provisions are built
7. Partner with Global Finance team to ensure an accurate budget planning and transparency at any time
8. Work against GBP relevant timelines and milestones in close collaboration with Finance and Sports Marketing stakeholders
9. Monitor and track all relevant partners’ bonuses globally and maintain in system for responsible sports or partners
10. Support in all communication to relevant stakeholders around GBP
11. Provide business support around Global Bonus Program
12. Execute the regular (Football) SoV Player tracking initiative (leagues and major events)
13. Maintain adidas’ partner portfolio data regarding all kind of relevant Bonus information on Partner’s contracts

25. Team player mentality and ability to work with and through others.
26. Ability to travel, domestic or international, as required
27. Fluent English (verbal and written), other European language preferred
28. Sports affinity - understanding of all kind of competitive sports

Requisite Education and Experience / Minimum Qualifications:
30. Four-year college or university degree with focus on Business, Marketing or equivalent combination of education and experience
31. Minimum of four years of relevant work experience
32. Project Management experience
33. Data analysis background
