Ihre Aufgaben
* Provide operational Sourcing support to enable implementation and execution of category strategies.
* Collaborate closely with the Global Category managers
* Support several sourcing projects in different sub-categories with Sales services and Customer Value
* Execute the sourcing strategies to optimize external spend and prepare for future sourcing challenges
* Use supplier classification and evaluation tools
* Support support the respective Category managers in the supplier governance and oversight
* Collaborate across functions internally and externally and establish a close relationslogisch on an operational level with business partners, as well as Global Business Services enabling functions and our suppliers
* Create requests and demans, make changes and answer supplier queries
* Support Sourcing Managers in maintaining CorA contracts
* Implement electronic correspondence
* Initiate the onboarding process for new suppliers, changing existing suppliers
Unsere Anforderungen
* Bachelor´s degree in business administration or a similar field, or successful apprenticeship combined with relevant work experience and/or further training
* First experience in Sourcing, ideally paired with experience in the pharmaceutical industry
* Knowledge about the procurement channels
* Sound negotiation and conflict management skills
* Intercultural awareness and a customer-oriented mindset as well as strong interpersonal skills
