System Administrator 2nd Level IT-Support Onsite
We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated System Administrator to provide top-notch end-user support in a fast-paced environment. The ideal candidate will have expertise in hardware and software, as well as strong problem-solving skills.
Key Responsibilities:
* Install, configure, and set up complex IT systems.
* Maintain and implement IT systems, including Windows operating systems and Active Directory.
* Perform hardware repairs and resolve level 2 technical issues using a ticketing system.
* Develop comprehensive system documentation.
Requirements:
* Several years of professional experience in IT support.
* Advanced knowledge of software and hardware at the second level.
* Experience working with ticketing systems and Windows operating systems.
* Excellent English language skills.
