Lead the project "root cause" as BPO to find and align a sustainable and efficient sales-system setup
Ensure end-to-end accountability for the Sales planning Tool tool and its related processes
Proactively seek improvement areas in processes and systems to drive efficiency and data quality
Extend business steering opportunities provided by the Sales planning Tool (P&L Management, Trade Term reporting, Promo Profitability, etc.)
Ensure that processes in the context of the Sales planning Tool are implemented and executed as aligned (promo planning, trade term input)
Maintain strong connections with EU RGM and stay informed about discussions on functionalities expected by EU RGM/Finance to manage service providers accordingly
Experience in managing sales tools and related processes
Deep understanding of commercial planning cycles, including IT systems, interfaces involved, and data needed
Strong business understanding, particularly of Sales/KAM workflows
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
Strong project management skills
