Denpaflux's (Technical) Sales Representative is responsible for driving the sales of our EMC compliance solution and services by leveraging their technical expertise. This role involves identifying potential customers, the full opportunity approach from the first contact to award / closure of a deal. The ultimate goal is to meet or exceed sales targets while creating and maintaining strong relationships with clients. Tasks description Sales and Customer Acquisition: Identify and pursue new sales opportunities by networking, cold calling, and attending industry events, specifically targeting prospects who design, develop and/or manufacture electronic products. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to prospective clients. Negotiate and close sales deals, ensuring favorable terms for the company and the client. After Sales: Conduct alignment touchpoints with exisiting customer Offer tailored, additional solution and services packages to customer (upselling) Understand customer current & future needs which can be used to improve Denpaflux's product and service offerings Administration and Reporting: Administer and Maintain the customer data and feedback in our CRM tool Support on Sales Financial reporting to ensure accurate strategic sales planning Collaboration and Alignment: Work closely with the technical and product development teams to ensure customer requirements are met effectively. Actively provide learnings from customer interactions to the product development team. Support the administrative delivery of purchased solutions and services to our customers. Required education; knowledges and skills Education: Bachelor's degree in Engineering Technical Expertise: Extensive expertise in the technical engineering processes and tools for the development of electronic products Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and explain them to non-technical clients. Strong understanding of engineering software and consulting solutions Sales Skills: First experience in (technical) sales, preferably within the software and or engineering consulting. Excellent negotiation, closing, and relationship-building skills. Ability to identify customer needs and tailor solutions accordingly. Communication Skills: Relationship-oriented, with a genuine curiosity about customer motivations and a focus on building long-term partnerships. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills. Strong interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with clients and internal teams. Organizational Skills: Excellent time management and organizational abilities. Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment. Additional Requirements: Proficiency in using CRM software and other sales tools.
