Your Role and Impact:
As our client’s Financial Controller, you’ll be the financial backbone of the company, providing critical insights and ensuring robust financial governance. You will:
1. Shape Financial Integrity : Develop, implement, and maintain financial policies, procedures, and internal controls, ensuring our financial reports are accurate and comply with regulatory standards.
2. Lead Accounting Operations : Oversee billing, accounts receivable/payable, general ledger, and payroll, ensuring seamless financial operations.
3. Drive Financial Reporting : Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports, identifying trends and opportunities for optimization.
4. Manage Cash Flow : Oversee cash flow forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis, ensuring the financial health of the company.
5. Collaborate Strategically : Work closely with management to develop annual budgets and long-range strategic plans.
6. Ensure Compliance : Stay on top of tax laws and regulations, ensuring our practices are up to date and compliant.
Your Qualifications:
7. Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
8. Experience : A minimum of 5 years in financial analysis, reporting, or accounting.
9. Skills : Strong analytical, strategic thinking, and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency in accounting principles, accounting software, and the Microsoft Office Suite.
10. Communication : Ability to articulate financial information clearly to non-financial stakeholders.
11. Language : Fluent in German and English.
