Key Responsibilities:
1. Oversee the complete lifecycle management of dry etching equipment, including technical assessment, selection, installation, phase-in, integration, tuning, and maintenance
2. Build and manage a team focused on dry etching equipment, enhancing team structure and fostering growth in technological competitiveness
3. Provide strategic insights and planning for manufacturing equipment, staying aligned with industry trends and preparing for key technological advancements
4. Manage equipment upgrades, modifications, and alternative sourcing to improve overall efficiency, stability, and throughput, while addressing significant technological challenges
Qualifications:
5. Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Physics, or a related field within the semiconductor industry
6. More than 12 years of experience in the introduction or development of semiconductor dry etching equipment, with hands-on experience in SiC product introduction or production required
7. Proven success in mass production within leading industry factories is highly advantageous
8. In-depth understanding of dry etching processes and equipment, including aluminum metal, aluminum nitride, deep silicon (DRIE/TSV), polysilicon, silicon dioxide, and silicon nitride
9. Familiarity with major dry etching equipment suppliers and a solid grasp of equipment design architecture
10. Ability to independently transform and improve equipment, troubleshoot, and resolve issues with online machines and products
11. Experience in training new employees, leading teams, and managing daily technical tasks is preferred
12. Excellent communication and presentation skills in English; proficiency in German and/or Chinese is a plus
