You will report to the Business Aviation Center Manager. ++++ Your responsibilities Your daily tasks Providing operational, commercial and administrative support for the Business Aviation Centre, as well as providing additional daily assistance for the protocol activities of the VIP Lounge; Receiving and handling all customer and crew requests at the Business Aviation Centre; Coordinating and following up operators'' requests for assistance (using internal management tools); Ensuring and monitoring the planning and follow up of flight operations (radio frequency, weather, Notam, flight planning, various services); Ensuring that arrivals and departures run smoothly and are processed correctly (communication to partner service providers, authorities, airport security, customs, police, etc.); Ensuring customer loyalty and being a driving force in the continuous improvement of the services offered; Carrying out customer invoicing and payment operations; At the same time, on a daily basis as well as during exceptional events, welcoming passengers to the VIP Lounge and providing related services in accordance with the specific specifications of a demanding clientele.
