As a member of the technical/process QA division, you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of Fusion Product Management Cloud. The position involves triaging and analyzing of automation test results, debugging and reporting regression issue to developers. Recommends corrective actions while working within an agile development environment. Duties and tasks are varied and complex needing independent judgment. Fully competent in own area of expertise. BS or MS degree in computer science or related fields relevant to functional area. 3 - 4 or more years of software QA engineering or related experience. Work Location: Guadalajara ? MDC Campus Responsibilities: Execute automated tests in Selenium for acceptance, integration, system and regression testing across multiple environments for production and maintenance releases. Monitor automated suites run, triage and analyze test results. Debug and report regression issues to developers. Communicate test progress, test results, and other relevant information to project stakeholders. Document test results, report software bugs and verify fixes to ensure the acceptance criteria is met. Work on multiple projects/initiatives in fast paced environment. Manage testing progress and ensure that aggressive deadlines are met. Work closely with the development and program management teams to ensure the product meets user and quality requirements and is released within schedule. Proactively raise issues and problems to the attention of the team and suggest solutions. Analyze features, functionalities, and determine the best approach and techniques to improve test case designs. Continuously improve test coverage and test efficiency. Qualifications: BS in Software Engineering, Computer Science, IS, or related fields Extensive experience on both automation and functional manual testing Hands on development experience with automation tools, prefer Selenium Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills, detailed oriented, resourceful, initiative and creative. Thorough understanding of SDLC, specifically automated QA processes Knowledge of software QA methodologies and tools like HP Application Lifecycle Management (ALM) and Jira Experience with Agile/SCRUM development methodology. Experience writing and executing detailed test cases, test plans and test design documents. Experience with UNIX and Oracle SQL Experience with Web Service Testing using SOAP UI, REST Service. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work on multiple simultaneous project/initiatives Proven ability to quickly grasp new technologies and software applications.
