Position As Assembly Operator (m/f/d), you will be working to strict safety and quality requirements, and apply manufacturing processes, also to achieve daily tracking and recording of assembly and manufacturing requirements in terms of quality and quantity to meet customer expectations. You will Assembling of sub-assembly parts & modules according to inventory/production program (Megaventory) Apply manufacturing processes according to work instructions such as: Soldering, gluing, pressing, flashing, testing Testing of finished goods & devices according to test instructions Tracking & recording of assembly & manufacturing time per order Cleaning of finished goods & devices as well as work stations, tools & equipment Manual soldering of SMD components Performing quality controls in accordance with our quality standards Analysis, documenting, tracking of failures in our products Performing easy preventive maintenance actions Conducting of process-controls You have Proficient in operating and maintaining production equipment and machinery. Hands-on experience in assembly of complex components and products. Skilled in soldering techniques and processes for electronic components. Familiarity with lean manufacturing principles to optimize production efficiency. Knowledge of inventory management within a production setting. Experience with quality testing procedures to ensure product reliability. Capacity to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to meet production goals. Understanding of safety protocols and adherence to workplace safety standards. Adaptability to work in a dynamic production environment with shifting priorities. Experience in mechanical inspection with simple and precise measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, thread gauges, etc.). Professional working proficiency in English is mandatory, and knowledge of German is a plus.
