What you´ll do
* Design and Communication of rewards programs: Provide support in the design, implementation, and communication of the company's Total Rewards Strategy
* Assist in leveraging Total Rewards programs to meet the company's objectives and support the attraction and retention of top talents
* Support TR CoE projects with multiple priorities and stakeholders, ensuring timely and successful completion
* Contribute to the development and execution of employee recognition initiatives aimed at enhancing employee engagement and performance
* Support in implementing pay transparency directives to ensure fairness and compliance and develop strategies to identify and address gaps
* Prepare and align communication and training campaigns related to Total Rewards initiatives and processes, and continuously support stakeholders with communication with a strong emphasis on total rewards analytics
* Work closely with the Global HR CoE organization as well as business & regional HR colleagues to ensure alignment and support for all initiatives
What makes you a good fit
* Bachelor’s and preferably Master Degree in Business, Human Resources or a related field
* 5-7 years of experience in a global, regional or country Total Rewards role
* Understanding of significant compensation benchmarking, job evaluation methodologies used in the market, e.g. Mercer, KF, WTW etc
* Proven project management experience, dealing with projects with competing priorities and multiple stakeholders
* Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with ability to influence all levels of leadership
* Experience with HCM platforms (like SAP Success Factors or Workday) and Power BI is a plus
* Fluent in English (written and spoken)
