We’re looking for a Customer Support Specialist (Working Student/Intern) to help our customers succeed with Scroll Viewport. In this role, you'll be an integral part of the team, providing first-class support, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer feedback helps shape our product’s future. Your Future Role Respond to incoming support tickets for Scroll Viewport, ensuring they are handled efficiently and in line with our SLAs and support standards. Independently arrange and conduct screen-sharing calls with customers when needed. Reproduce issues reported by customers and document/report bugs in Jira. Escalate complex or urgent tickets to product management or developers, ensuring clear and effective communication between all parties. Contribute to and improve user documentation based on insights from support cases. Accurately document customer requirements and feature requests in Jira Product Discovery. Stay up to date with the latest product releases and new functionalities to support customers effectively. Your Background You are currently enrolled in a bachelor's (min. 2nd year) or master's program. You have excellent written and spoken English (at least C1 level); German proficiency is a plus. You have a basic understanding of web development and cloud technologies. You are well-organized and able to manage tasks independently. You have strong communication skills and enjoy helping others.
