Role Summary:
As a Performance Office Manager, you will play a central role in the design and implementation of our ongoing transformation. Your responsibilities include the definition and continuous improvement of methods, processes and tools as well as training, coaching and consulting our organization in their implementation. You will support the agile strategy implementation process and cross-functional alignment and governance to achieve our strategic goals. Together with MANN+HUMMEL's leaders, you are committed to driving change.
Your Responsibility:
1. Defining standards and ensuring the continuous development of (agile) project management methods, processes, templates and tools for non-customer projects, especially for strategy implementation
2. Developing target group-specific learning material and learning journeys as well as preparing and conducting workshops and group training sessions
3. Support our business units, operations and corporate functions in the development, planning and execution of (strategic) initiatives
4. Supporting specialist departments in the development, planning and implementation of (strategic) initiatives, including target definition and support with the help of data-supported progress reports
5. Identifying dependencies and overlaps between projects with the aim of bundling synergies, seamless integration and effective conflict resolution
6. Creation of impact analyses and assessment of readiness for change, taking into account the most important stakeholders
7. Derive required actions to maximize employee adoption and usage of changes
8. Identify and manage anticipated and persistent resistance
9. Supporting target group-oriented (change) communication
Your Profile
10. Education: Successfully completed studies in business administration, (industrial) engineering, or comparable. Qualification as a systemic coach is an advantage
11. Experience: At least five years of relevant professional experience
12. Expertise:Proven expertise in project management methods, agile frameworks (especially OKRs) and related toolsExperience in supporting change processesSound knowledge of project and process management as well as strategy processesStrong methodological skills in the preparation and moderation of workshops
13. Language skills: Business fluent in English, knowledge of German is an advantage
