What you'll do
* Build a realistic roadmap for UNS, SCADA+, and MES systems aligned with Knauf's strategic objectives
* Develop and update globally aligned specifications based on interviews with operators, middle management, specialists, and interdepartmental stakeholders
* Create detailed specifications to ensure smooth development and follow up on the implementation in collaboration with internal and external teams
* Implement solutions in plants, train personnel, and identify improvements for future updates
* Present clear results, propose business solutions, and collaborate effectively with Business and IT teams to drive continuous improvement
Who you are
* Engineer, preferably with additional education in industrial management
* Strong communicator and listener who can convince people to work within aligned standards
* Able to understand the intricacies of processes without losing sight of the big picture
* Capable of supporting advanced automation and data science teams with minimal travel
* Lead by example, showing high team spirit and a proactive approach
