Key Responsibilities:
In this role, you will:
* Accurately update and maintain financial records across internal platforms.
* Prepare comprehensive financial reports and oversee invoice management.
* Coordinate and review shipping documentation for accuracy and compliance.
* Assist with general bookkeeping, ensuring records are well-organized and up to date.
* Manage debt collection processes, ensuring timely communication and resolution.
Your Profile:
We’re seeking a candidate who:
* Education: Holds a qualification in Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Experience: Brings at least two years of experience in financial or operational roles; familiarity with the pharmaceutical industry is advantageous but not mandatory.
* Technical Skills: Has strong proficiency in standard office tools, particularly Excel, and experience with accounting software like DATEV; exposure to SAGE is a bonus.
* Languages: Communicates effectively in German and English, both written and verbal, to a professional standard.
* Personal Skills: Demonstrates excellent attention to detail, works methodically under pressure, and possesses strong time management capabilities.
