We are looking for a Candidate Experience Specialist - Executive Search (FTC) to join the Talent Acquisition Team on our journey to always deliver amazing experiences.

This fixed-term contract role (6 months) is a great opportunity for a proactive and experienced self-starter to make a meaningful impact at a high level. As a Specialist working in our Executive Search team, you'll work closely with executive recruiters and stakeholders supporting our global leaders to always deliver amazing experiences, inside and outside of the organization.
* You will manage, plan and coordinate complex interview processes with multiple senior stakeholders, including organising travel and onsite events
* You will be the first point of contact to our candidates - always striving for an exceptional candidate experience
* You will work on improving the candidate experience
* You will work with SmartRecruiters, our ATS tool
* You will carry out administrative tasks
* You will have the opportunity to take on various side projects, to aid in your growth and development
Qualifications
* Excellent communication skills - you have experience dealing with C-level stakeholders, listen with the intent to understand and are able to bridge gaps in knowledge
* Diary Management – you excel at managing schedules, balancing priorities, and adapting quickly to changing capacity and urgent needs
* Stakeholder management skills - You are excellent with people and managing relations with stakeholders
* Ability to prioritize, organize and complete multiple projects with various deadlines, with great attention to detail
* Experience with scheduling/coordination, travel, event management and administrative tasks
* Experience in an HR environment, a plus
