Job Description:
To support our activities at our Willich production site, we are looking for an HR Business Partner who will act as a true business partner for our local General Manager.
In this key role, you will ensure the successful implementation of HR strategies while managing HR operations in a production environment. You will also be the main interface with our French headquarters, contributing to group-wide HR initiatives.
As an HR Manager, your responsibilities will include:
* Payroll & Compensation: Managing salary policies and review processes in line with corporate guidelines, working with external payroll providers to ensure accuracy and reliability.
* HR Operations: Overseeing day-to-day HR activities including recruitment and HR projects.
* Employee & Manager Support: Advising employees and management on HR-related topics, acting as a trusted business partner to drive organizational efficiency.
* Labor Relations: Managing legal compliance and collaborating with the works council to ensure a positive work environment.
* HR Development & Strategy: Implementing group HR initiatives such as training programs, Great Place to Work projects, and employee development strategies.
* Reporting & Compliance: Ensuring HR reports and compliance align with both local and corporate requirements.

Qualifications
What We Are Looking For
Must-Have:
* 5+ years of experience in HR within a production environment.
* Strong knowledge of German labor laws and experience in collaborating with works councils.
* Full fluency in English.
* Experience in HR strategy implementation and operational HR management.
Nice-to-Have:
* Exposure to an international corporate environment.
* Experience in group-level HR transformation projects.
