The Impact You Will Have Reporting directly to the Chief Risk and Resilience Officer, you will provide strategic and operational support and contribute to the success of strategy development and execution. In addition, the Senior Executive Assistant is a key enabler for continued business impact by providing an important contribution to current projects and initiatives within the region. The Senior Executive Assistant serves as a communication interface between various stakeholders across Allianz Commercial regions and functions. Some of your specific responsibilities could include: Independently and actively supporting the Chief Risk and Resilience Officer Provide support for growth projects in the Board Unit Preparing meeting contributions, including pre-screening, challenging, and action item follow-up as well as participation in some key meetings Preparing and coordinating regional contributions to planning and steering cycle (e.g., Strategic & Planning Dialogues, Region Reviews, etc.) Preparing and following up meetings and events where the Chief Risk and Resilience Officer is involved (e.g., external events, town halls, etc.) Organizing, preparing, and participating in internal meetings and events such as offsites, team meetings, etc. Managing and handling daily administrative tasks (e.g., audit follow-up, cost center oversight, mid-/year-end review preparation, preparing decision templates and analyses, etc.) Steering and coordinating strategic projects, initiatives and workstreams Working closely with Communications and the Chief Risk and Resilience Officer to develop presentations, speeches, or pitches for market events What You’ll Bring to the Role Strong project management experience, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple work streams simultaneously Prioritization: the ability to filter information, assess priorities, and work independently Ability to effectively absorb information from various sources, then analyze, study, or examine data in detail, and draw appropriate conclusions Proficient IT Skills (Office Applications e.g., PowerPoint, Excel, Word) Basic understanding of Insurance Know-How and financial statements and related Key Performance Indicators Proven experience in communication of results to a variety of stakeholders including senior management.
