Job Description:
We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Reception and Administrative Services Specialist to support front desk operations and administrative functions. The ideal candidate will have experience in a reception office environment, possess strong communication skills, and be proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

Key Responsibilities:
* Serve as the first point of contact, providing excellent customer service to clients and staff.
* Manage front desk operations, including answering inquiries, directing visitors, and handling correspondence.
* Utilize Microsoft Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel for administrative tasks.
* Maintain records, schedules, and reports with attention to detail and accuracy.
* Communicate effectively with colleagues, supervisors, and clients to ensure smooth office operations.
* Obtain and complete all required background checks within 30 days of contract award.
Qualifications:
* Experience: Minimum of one (1) year of customer service experience in a front desk/reception office environment.
* Language Proficiency: Ability to read, write, and speak English fluently to communicate clearly with colleagues, supervisors, and clients.
* Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, PowerPoint, Publisher, Outlook, SharePoint, and Excel.
* Security Clearance: Ability to obtain all necessary background checks within 30 days of contract award.
