Sales Tender Officer (M/F/D)
Responsibilities:
1. Ensure correct preparation of tender and qualification documents for NPAG and follow up and take appropriate actions
2. Maintaining the technical and commercial support of Customer Service for tenders
3. Preparation and distribution of reports and statistics
4. Preparation of sales contracts according to GAN in cooperation with the Sales Excellence Manager and their subsequent administrative tasks
5. Ensuring correct handling of the entire sales administration in the ERP system and towards the customer
Qualifications:
6. Business administration degree, comparable completed apprenticeship or comparable qualification
7. Customer and market-oriented work
8. Experience in working with distributors and in pricing
9. Good knowledge of ERP and CRM systems
10. Good written and spoken German and English skills
11. Strong communication and teamwork skills
