In this role, you will play a key part in setting up HR processes and documentation, shaping our organizational culture, developing talent strategies, and ensuring that QuantPi remains an inspiring and engaging workplace. Your responsibilities: Managing and further expanding the usage of our HRIS system, Personio. Prepare the pre-payroll process and related tasks. Handling all administrative HR processes with great attention to detail. Lead recruitment from job posting, negotiations, and onboarding while ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and internal hiring tandems. Develop, implement, and maintain efficient P&C processes that align with the company's goals and culture. Design and delivery of employee training, development programs, and performance reviews. Driving organizational change, culture development, and employee engagement initiatives. Act as a trusted P&C expert to managers and teams, guiding HR best practices, policies, and employee relations. Partner with leadership to drive employee engagement and support organizational development. Serve as a point of contact for employees and HR-related inquiries, providing timely solutions. Stay up-to-date on HR trends, labor laws, and compliance, ensuring the organization’s policies remain aligned with the current legal framework. Your profile Key Qualifications: Proven experience as a P&C Generalist or HR Business Partner in a fast-paced environment. High emotional intelligence and a genuine interest in employee well-being. Strong expertise in Personio (HRIS) for managing HR data and processes. Good understanding of German employment law and best practices. Demonstrated experience in implementing and improving HR processes and policies. Deep understanding of recruitment processes and the ability to drive efficient talent acquisition strategies. Strong organizational skills with the ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively. Excellent communication skills and the ability to interact with employees at all levels. Demonstrated experience in designing and facilitating workshops focused on leadership, team building, and skill development is a plus. German on a native level and fluent in English. Why us?
