About the Role
In this role, you will work closely with all business functions like Service Delivery and Marketing to execute strategic plans to achieve or exceed business targets within your assigned territory and customers. The role is based in Paris, France or Berlin, Germany.
Job Responsibilities
1. Build relationships with C-Level leaders and managers
2. Manage and control the full sales cycle from prospecting through close
3. Set and execute customer acquisition strategies for enterprise accounts
4. Plan and manage at both the strategic, operational and tactical customer-facing levels
5. Align with business development managers, industry leads, and regional sales leadership teams to present a single front to help represent a single vision for our customers
6. Interface with the product management and marketing organizations to help guide Qt tool-chain solutions and professional service direction and production of sales plays
Skill Needed
7. Familiarity with Software Development tools and Software Development Life Cycle.
8. Experience in developing business opportunities in the United Kingdom, with a focus on enterprise sales and complex solutions.
9. A proven track record in personal sales pipeline management, vertical market solution sales (e.g., automotive, medical, industry, consumer electronics), and establishing strategic relationships with decision makers is important.
10. Knowledge in value-based selling, solution selling, and creating long-term business relationships in the software licensing industry is valued.
11. The candidate should be target-driven, results-focused, and possess a consultative approach with effective questioning and active listening skills.
12. Excellent oral, written, interpersonal and collaboration skills along with strong planning ability
13. Able to work independently in an environment that changes rapidly
14. Fluent in English
Experience
15. Good technical background, minimum of Bachelor's Degree in a technical field preferred and significant sales track record
16. 5+ years of experience selling development tools, embedded technology or similar to enterprise customers
