We are seeking our next Onshore Project Planner (m/f/d) who will have advanced stakeholder management skills and a systematic approach. We're seeking someone who can effectively navigate complex relationships and implement well-structured strategies to ensure effective project outcomes.

Onshore Project Planning department works closely with Project Management in both sales and execution phase to ensure smooth planning and execution of onshore projects and effectively supports Project Management in ensuring that the onshore projects are delivered on time, to budget and to the required safety and quality standards.
Responsibilities
1. Develop and support resource-loaded portfolio schedules in Oracle Primavera P6.
2. Collaborate closely with BID Manager and Project Manager for planning and scheduling large projects.
3. Coordinate with Bid Management, Transport, Supply Chain Planning, and Portfolio Planning departments.
4. Communicate with site construction teams and other professionals.
5. Track project timelines, adjust as necessary, and update stakeholders on schedule changes.
6. Generate and deliver schedule progress reports.
7. Evaluate project opportunities and risks.
8. Support the preparation or review of project claims
Qualifications
9. Proficient in using Primavera P6 or similar planning software for scheduling, programming projects, and creating master schedules and reports.
10. 3-5 years of experience in Planning, Scheduling, or Control within Construction, particularly in Energy or Infrastructure projects.
11. Experience in Manufacturing is an added bonus.
12. Skilled in CPM scheduling.
13. Competent with Oracle Primavera P6 and SAP ERP software.
14. Proficient in MS Office and open to developing skills in Power BI or SAP Analytical Cloud.
15. Fluent in English.
