Overview
As Team Leader, ensure exceptional customer service by creating a welcoming environment, while maintaining a high level of product knowledge and all other aspects of customer service. In addition, you have to take charge of the store in the absence of store management.
What You'll Do
* Manage Crocs store in absence of store management.
* Train new team members as requested.
* Provide excellent customer service, addressing needs.
* Maximize sales through product knowledge and promotions.
* Contribute to store maintenance and window displays.
* Enhance team performance and suggest quality improvements.
* Delegate tasks for opening/closing checklists.
* Maintain awareness of stock levels and merchandising.
* Take ownership of personal development.
* Collaborate with the team to improve customer service.
* Fulfill any tasks assigned by store management.
* Ensure store opening hours are respected.
What You'll Bring to the Table
* Minimum 1 year experience in a similar position or commercial field.
* Passion for delivering excellent and exceptional customer service.
* Strong communication skills.
* Proactive initiative in task completion.
* Brand ambassador for Crocs.
