Are you ready to join us? Your Job Are you passionate about Business Intelligence (BI) and data management? Do you enjoy ensuring smooth user access to BI tools and supporting governance processes? Then join our Data & Analytics team as a Working Student – BI User Management. You will play a key role in managing user access to Power BI workspaces, ensuring compliance, and streamlining user access processes. Key Responsibilities: Assign users to Power BI workspaces with predefined roles (Contributor, Viewer). Maintain user access requests, ensuring compliance with governance policies. Collaborate with the BI governance team to streamline user onboarding processes. Review and update access rights regularly, ensuring compliance with security protocols, providing timely updates of access rights, and conducting periodic access reviews. Assist in documenting BI user access policies and procedures. Help maintain user access tables in the Data Warehouse. Troubleshoot and resolve user access issues. Work closely with IT and security teams to improve access management strategies. Your Skills Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program in Germany, preferably in Business Informatics, Data Science, Computer Science, or a related field. At least one year left of your studies Strong interest in Business Intelligence (BI) systems Basic knowledge of Power BI, user roles, and workspace management. Understanding of SQL and database structures is a plus. Detail-oriented, structured, and capable of multitasking effectively. Strong communication skills in English (German is a plus) Independent, reliable, and proactive work ethic. Experience with ticketing systems or access management tools is beneficial but not required.
