We are looking for a highly organized and creative Content Manager to own the content strategy for the Progyny Global Member Portal. This role will be responsible for curating, managing, and localizing a wide range of member resources—including guides, FAQs, treatment information, and newsletters—ensuring all content is accurate, engaging, and aligned with our brand voice. The Content Manager will lead the end-to-end process of content rollouts across multiple countries, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with regional regulations, cultural relevance, and a seamless member experience. Additionally, they will leverage data insights and member feedback to continuously refine and optimize content for clarity, impact, and engagement.
Tasks
Content management for the Progyny Global Member Portal:
* Own the content strategy for Progyny Global’s closed Member Portal, ensuring all information is accurate, up-to-date, and aligned with our brand voice.
* Create and manage a variety of content types within the portal, including member resources, guides, FAQs, treatment information, and newsletters.
* Regularly review and update existing content to keep it relevant, removing outdated information and improving clarity.
Localisation:
* Localise content for different countries and regions, ensuring that language, tone, cultural context, and legal requirements are adapted appropriately.
* Work closely with translation partners and local experts to tailor content for specific markets, ensuring accuracy and cultural relevance.
* Manage and oversee the rollout of localised content and features within the Member Portal, coordinating with product, legal, and member care teams.
Project management:
* Lead and manage the end-to-end process of content rollouts into new languages, ensuring timely delivery and a smooth member experience.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, member care, and legal to ensure content aligns with regulatory and compliance standards in each region.
* Maintain a detailed content calendar and ensure all stakeholders are aligned on timelines, deliverables, and key milestones.
Data-driven improvements:
* Analyse member engagement and feedback within the portal to continuously improve content and its presentation.
* Use metrics and user feedback to inform content strategies, ensuring member needs are met and the portal provides a valuable, seamless experience.
Requirements
* 3+ years of experience in content management, localisation, or project management roles, ideally in tech, healthcare, or a related field.
* Proven ability to create and manage engaging content within a digital platform or closed environment.
* Experience localising content for global products, working with translation teams, and understanding cultural and legal nuances.
* Strong project management skills, with a track record of delivering complex content initiatives on time.
* Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.
* A collaborative approach to working with cross-functional teams and managing stakeholders.
It would be nice if you had:
* Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and digital tools used for content localisation.
* Experience working in the fertility or healthcare sector, with a passion for supporting individuals on their family-forming journeys.

Annual gross salary range for Berlin-based applicants: €45,000 - 55,000
