Junior Account Manager Do you have a proven track record working in the Toy industry? Experience building partnerships with major grocers? This is a permanent role based in Baden-Württemberg. Key responsibilities Managing sales for brands and products in the German market in accordance with predefined budgets. Achieving results and fulfilling customer expectations. Building relationships, networking, establishing yearly budgets and forecasts. Identifying crucial challenges, opportunities and formulating suitable action plans. Assessing and overseeing promotional initiatives to guarantee appropriate allocation of promotional funds per account as a percentage of sales. Pursuing new business opportunities. Identifying and prioritising potential markets for new distribution. Articulating the distinctive features of the company brands to prospective new business partners. What are we looking for? A Demonstrated track record of success as an Account Manager. Experience collaborating with major retailers. Prior experience working in the toy/ consumer industry. Possess strong account management abilities, capable of holistic thinking and orchestrating multiple stakeholders. Exhibit an independent and well-organised approach to work, coupled with a hands-on mentality. Fluent in German with exceptional written and verbal English proficiency. Competitive salary benefits.
