Your new job includes
As Demand Analyst (m/f/d), you will be responsible for the precise and efficient creation and validation of forecasts and will be the contact person for various interfaces for these topics.
In particular, you will
* carry out the daily forecast validation and forecast quality assessment for control and action requirements
* make well-founded forecast adjustments based on a wide range of influencing factors in coordination with KPI specifications
* analyse given input in close cooperation with our sales department and determine the optimal customer requirements
* process and adjust forecast-relevant input in direct dialogue with customers
* be responsible for the regular creation, visualisation and further development of reports and their interpretation of key facts for your sales division
* be involved in projects to further develop our forecasting tools and processes
Preferred Profile
* A degree in business administration with a focus on supply chain, controlling or a similar specialisation
* Convincing analytical skills and an extremely structured way of working
* Strong communication skills and enjoy actively participating and developing in a dynamic retail environment
* Fluent written and spoken German and English
* Sound knowledge of Excel, (Power) BI tools
* Very good MS Office skills, especially Excel, as well as advanced knowledge of forecasting systems, e.g. SAP in the F&R and UDF modules
* Familiarity with SCM key figures and their calculation and control functions
* Ideally, you have already managed your first projects or were part of a project
