Your New Role DEVELOPMENT - Reviewing and evaluating development materials & scripts according to strategy - Giving feedback and notes on Original Productions in development - Preparing pitch documents by giving detailed information on current projects and collecting necessary information from producers - Market observation and evaluation of target groups, originate new ideas and trends - Organizing weekly submission meetings within the team, preselecting suitable pitches according to strategy, giving advice on pitch ideas and handling content feedback with production companies - Assisting in any other aspects as required PRODUCTION MANAGEMENT - Supporting VP and Director in managing company's original productions - Communicating and sharing information with internal and external contact persons in all phases of production - Suggest, watch and evaluate castings - Giving joint feedback during postproduction on cuts and music - Attending production events, set visits and press events Qualifications & Experience - Experience in script-editing, development and/or production of TV drama - Passionate, openminded, organized & efficient - Strong interpersonal skills and excellent communication skills. - Extensive knowledge of the TV/Streaming industry - Experienced in fulfilling production and content tasks - Excellent in English, written and spoken LI-Hybrid How We Get Things Done This last bit is probably the most important Here at WBD, our guiding principles are the core values by which we operate and are central to how we get things done.
