Hankook Tire Europe GmbH is searching for Fleet and Facility Management Specialist (m/d/f) Your tasks 1. Fleet Management Administration: Create and keep updating the Car Policy and Company Car Agreements. Administer damages, service schedules, and penalties. Handle vehicle procurement: verify configurations with policy, calculate self-deduction fees, and request best offers. Support company car users in emergency cases. Cultivate car dealer contacts and maintain relationships. Manage tire administration: order for each season, maintain stock, and arrange appointments for tire changes. Implement innovative systems into the workflow to improve efficiency. Conduct driving license checks and ensure compliance with preventive checks. 2. Facility Management: Responsible for insurance contract management Oversee daily maintenance and repair activities, ensuring all systems (plumbing, electrical, HVAC) operate efficiently. Coordinate office moves, renovations, and facility improvement projects. Ensure compliance with safety and environmental regulations by conducting regular facility audits. Cultivate relationships with vendors and contractors for facility services, including cleaning and security Prepare and monitor budgets for facility operations and projects. 3. General support in General Affairs Your profile At least 3 years of relevant experience in facility and fleet management, including administrative and operational tasks. Familiarity with innovative systems and tools to optimize workflows for both fleet and facility management. Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment. Proactive problem solver, skilled in vendor negotiations, and adept at maintaining compliance with safety and regulatory standards.
