Job Description
Your Key missions:
1. Oversee front desk operations, ensuring efficient check-in and check-out processes.
2. Manage guest reservations and room assignments with accuracy.
3. Train and support front desk staff to deliver excellent customer service.
4. Address guest inquiries, complaints, and requests promptly.
5. Coordinate with other departments for seamless guest experiences.
6. Monitor financial transactions and billing procedures at the front desk.
