For the area Business Applications at HOYER Global Transport B.V. based in Botlek-Rotterdam we are looking for a Demand & Application Manager who will work with us to shape the future of logistics.
Your tasks
4. Optimization of business processes through the use of our TMS/ERP solution.
5. You are responsible for the creation, maintenance, and prioritization of requirements with clear acceptance criteria and product roadmaps.
6. Maintenance and further development of custom functions.
7. Collaboration with the software supplier on all matters concerning the software package.
8. Project management for the implementation of process changes.
9. Development of training concepts and procedural instructions.
Your skills
10. A degree or training in logistics is advantageous, alternatively in com-puter science or business informatics, business administration, or a comparable qualification.
11. Experience with the software tool MONITOR (manufacturer MRI) is desirable.
12. Fluent Dutch and English, written and spoken.
13. Independent and structured approach to work.
14. Strong communication skills and confident demeanor at various hierarchical levels.
15. Quick comprehension and structured, process-oriented working method.
16. Willingness to travel occasionally for business.
17. Requesting a Certificate of Good Conduct (VOG) is part of our application process.
