About the Role
The Products team is responsible for shaping the future by maintaining and evolving the product portfolio to stay relevant in an ever-changing business landscape. This role directly supports new business growth by driving global product strategy, promoting investment offerings across various markets, and developing compelling real estate and infrastructure products tailored to both private wealth and institutional client.
The idea is to add to the products team a IR/Junior sales candidate looking to transition into a client-facing / sales role.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead and support the development of private market investment products, including funds, mandates, co-investments, and JVs.
* Identify and execute market-driven business opportunities in global real estate and infrastructure.
* Assist with fundraising efforts by collaborating with investment and capital markets teams to develop investor materials and support due diligence processes.
* Deliver market intelligence and competitive analysis, ensuring product alignment with industry trends and investor needs.
* Build a solid understanding of the firm's investment track record and value proposition to effectively engage with prospects.
* Provide strategic product-related insights to senior management for informed decision-making.
Ideal Candidate Profile
* Experience: 5-10 years in financial services, ideally in alternative investment management (real estate).
* Background: Experience in sales support, project management, fund management, transaction teams, or sales support teams.
* Transitioning Role: Perfect for someone moving from junior sales or sales support into a client-facing sales role.
* Skills: Strong analytical ability, relationship management, and a structured approach to sales and business development.
* Languages: English is required; German is a plus.
