Your mission Identify and win potential partners with whom we can leverage synergies and generate revenue growth Build and maintain strong partner relationships with existing and potential partners, ensuring effective communication and collaboration Provide partners with the necessary support, resources and information to effectively sell PartsCloud, including product knowledge, sales strategies and marketing materials Work with partners to develop and implement joint sales strategies that leverage the strengths and capabilities of both parties Work closely with partners to meet and exceed sales and revenue targets, tracking progress and making necessary adjustments as required Collaborate cross-functionally with internal stakeholders to plan, manage and implement partner projects Who We’re Looking For A Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business Administration, Business Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Informatics, or similar At least 5 years of experience in sales or partner management of complex products or services, preferably in the spare parts logistics or SaaS industry Strong communication skills and an independent and efficient work style Analytical thinking combined with entrepreneurial intuition A customer-focused mentality and a strong relationship-building skillset with partners and customers Negotiation skills in English and excellent German language skills Additionally, you should be able to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, adapt to a fast-paced and changing environment, and possess a flexible attitude.
