Job Requirements We are looking for a strategic and customer-oriented addition to our product team with a passion for digital learning. The ideal candidate will have: Some experience in project management, preferably in e-learning, digital learning, or compliance training. Basic knowledge of compliance regulations and legal frameworks relevant to corporate training (e.g., GDPR, workplace safety, anti-corruption).Initial experience coordinating cross-functional teams, including subject matter experts, writers, designers, and developers. German language skills equivalent to a native speaker (C2) and very good business English (C1). Job Responsibilities As a Junior Product Manager at Sponge, you will play a key role in shaping our learning solutions, ensuring they meet the evolving needs of our clients. You will be part of an agile team that translates product requirements and priorities into e-learning products. Project Management: Coordinating the development of compliance e-learning products, ensuring timely and budget-conscious delivery. Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborating with project teams, the marketing team, and the steering committee to align product development with business goals. Content Quality: Working with legal experts to ensure all compliance learning products remain up to date with the latest regulations. Product Release & Maintenance: Overseeing the launch of compliance training, managing updates, and ensuring quality control. Customer Feedback & Improvement: Gathering user feedback to drive continuous improvements in our compliance training offerings.
