Strategic and Operational Assessment Planner Key Role: Provide command level assessment feedback on spe cia l operations campaigning through the development, management, and continued refinement of the assessment process. Ensure proper plans, orders, execution, and the assessment cycle is completed. Coordinate and c ond uct methodical research, evaluate the operational environment, and provide empirical evidence on the impacts on vulnerable populations and how that affects the achievement of campaign plan objectives. Produce assessment products based on strategic and operational level analysis of operations, activities, and investments’ ( OAIs ) impact on campaign plans. Refine large volumes of data to produce high-fidelity, highly distilled, and qualitative results. Clearly, concisely, and effectively communicate findings through written and verbal communication, and organize, plan, and author finished analysis reports. Basic Qualifications: 10 years of experience with uniformed SOF Ability to quickly assimilate into and contribute to a multi-functional team Ability to have strong research capability and exercise critical thi nk ing TS/SCI clearance Bachelor’s degree Additional Qualifications: Experience as an industry or government professional in irregular or unconventional warfare ( IW / UW ), counter terror ism ( CT ), counter weapon s operations, or security cooperation ( SC ) authorities Experience in the military or DoD Experience as a spe cia l operations senior NCO, chief warrant officer, or field grade officer Experience serving in general officer or flag officer level joint commands Experience in the European theater of operations Experience with military targeting Possession of excellent verbal and communication skills Possession of excellent interpersonal skills Operational Research and Systems Analyst ( ORSA ) Certification Clearance: Applicants selected will be subject to a security investigation and may need to meet eligibility requirements for access to classified information ; TS/SCI clearance is required. Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual’s particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $84,600.00 to $193,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen’s total compensation package for employees.
