Your Job
What this role looks like.
* Participating in international IT projects
* Organising, facilitating and leading workshops and alignment meetings with various internal and external stakeholders in a global, and fast-paced environment
* Analysing business processes and advising the product owner on the resulting requirements
* Working hand in hand with the product owner to translate business requirements into specifications and user stories
* Assuming ownership for standard operating procedures (SOPs)
* Working closely together with the entire product team to review and validate product increments from development to rollout
* Identifying areas for improvement and developing strategies to increase efficiency
* Driving and contributing to process optimisation initiatives at the product level in your area of responsibility
Your Profile
What you bring with you.
* In-depth understanding of retail buying processes in retail (ideally within a discount environment)
* Very good analytical and strategic skills; experience with requirement analysis
* Knowledge of requirement- gathering techniques, such as user stories and use cases
* Experience working in an agile team
* Excellent communication skills in a target-group-oriented context and good intercultural awareness
* Experience working in an international project setting
* Self-driven work approach and leadership skills
* Professional proficiency in English
Desirable extras.
* Basic understanding of process optimisation
* Good knowledge of buying processes within a multicategory retail company (discount experience preferred)
