TheField Applications Manager (f/m/d) for BeckmanCoulter Diagnostics is responsible for overseeing the deploymentand support of diagnostic applications and systems. This roleinvolves managing a team of application specialists, ensuring thatdiagnostic solutions are effectively implemented, optimized, andmaintained to meet customer needs. The Application Manager willwork closely with internal teams and external customers to drivethe successful adoption and utilization of diagnostic applications,enhancing overall efficiency and accuracy in laboratoryenvironments.

You will be a part ofthe European Field Applications Team and report to the SeniorManager for field Applications Europe responsible for overseeingthe deployment and support of diagnostic applications and systems.This role involves managing a team of application specialists,ensuring that diagnostic solutions are effectively implemented,optimized, and maintained to meet customer needs. Inthis role, you will have the opportunityto:
* Drive a culturehigh performance and change management through developing talent,engagement, and D&Iinitiatives.
* To work inconjunction with and build excellent relationships with fellowField Service Leaders to provide a consistent approach for FieldService Applications.
* Toassist in improving customer service experience using Net PromoterScore (NPS) feedback and Voice of the Customer(VOC).
* Take ownership ofcustomer issues, escalating if necessary. This includes regularcommunication with internal and external customers whererequired.
* Analyze andprovide statistics for Field Service Applications Team to improveobjectives and setKPI’s.
* Recruit, mentor anddevelop Field Service Application Specialists using Workday portaland other tools.
* Keep aheadof industry developments and apply best practices to areashighlighted for improvement using associated Danaher BusinessSystem (DBS)tools.
Theessential requirements of the jobinclude:
* Bachelor’sdegree in Biomedical Engineering, Computer Science, or a relatedfield. A Master’s degree ispreferred.
* Minimum of 5-7years of experience in application support and deployment, with atleast 3 years in a managerial or leadershiprole.
* Proven experience inthe diagnostics industry, with a strong understanding of diagnosticapplications andsystems.
* Strong leadershipand team management skills, excellent communication andinterpersonal skills. Strong problem-solving and analyticalabilities.
* Knowledge ofregulatory standards and compliance requirements in the diagnosticsindustry.
Travel,Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/EnvironmentRequirements:
* DrivingLicense and fluent in German andEnglish.
* Ability to travel50%
Itwould be a plus if you also possess previous experiencein:
* Experience inthe healthcare industry with multiple examples of successfullyleading complex projects with the ability to work independently andpart of a team.
* Ability to“think outside the box” and express creative thinking andinnovative ideas.
* Location:Flexible but in the region covered near an airport that allowsability totravel.
