YOUR TASKS You are responsible for the entire procurement process from supplier management to appointment tracking You coordinate and monitor supplier contracts (deadlines, etc.), negotiate prices and conditions You coordinate requirements with departments in terms of price, specifications and delivery options. You clarify open requirements Administrative tasks such as monitoring requirements, price and offer maintenance, order confirmations, goods receipt and invoice reconciliations in the ERP system. You will create and maintain purchasing statistics and reports Assisting with the data cleansing and information gathering activities required for maintenance and improvement of MS Dynamics You will help to identify possible areas for improvements and cost savings. Inventory execution You will work on sustainability reportings (Ecovadis, etc.) Willingness to travel All your tasks will be performed in both Nuvisan entities YOUR QUALIFICATIONS Business administration training or chemical/pharmaceutical technical training or comparable qualification More than 4 years of professional experience in purchasing in an international environment Strong communication and negotiation skills Experienced use of MS Office applications, especially Excel and Outlook. Knowledge of MS Navision desirable You are team-oriented, assertive and impress with your efficient, independent and structured way of working.
