Knowledge of the market and competitor activity.Team Spirit:The candidate has to be open-minded to work with a team spirit, used to work with objectives both given by the company and self-defined in order to create a proper roadmap to achieve them.Market Appearance:In collaboration with the back office, select, organize, run, report, and evaluate brand awareness/reputation forming activities like fairs, road shows, advertising campaigns, and press contacts.Monitor, drive, and develop the CI-compliant market appearance of all outlets of our sales partners in respect to facility and service fleet branding, internet, communication, and service personnel work wear.Willingness to Travel:The candidate should be willing to travel extensively in the area of responsibility. This is not a responsibility but a characteristic of the position.Network Development:Capability to identify possible changes in the current network, defining timing and procedures with solid business process analysis.Constantly monitor, develop, and evaluate the network’s performance and development, based on the company’s strategy and performance measurement tools.Initiate and manage network restructuring processes when necessary.Team Leader:The candidate needs to know how to drive a mature dealer network as well as a young one in terms of sales, marketing, and forecasting (sales and wholesales) with a medium to long-term vision to grow them in market share penetration and total turnover.Be the first response contact for dealer questions regarding product, sales, and marketing in daily business.Support dealers and represent the brands in customer visits when necessary.Maintain close contact with dealers to generate mutual trust, profitable business, and long-term partnerships.Be the back-office’s ear on the market and monitor/report the development of new trends in pricing, communication, products, customer needs, and respective sales tools.Closely observe the situation in competitive distribution networks and leverage opportunities where possible and advantageous for DICE.Demand Planning & Market Forecasting:Plan, discuss, and agree on a marketing plan with the dealers in the region of responsibility and drive its fulfillment.Monthly forecast the demand for the districts under responsibility and proactively inform the back office about foreseen demand changes in the market.Job RequirementEducation & Qualification: Business Administration - University / Engineering - University / Allow EquivalentExperience: 7-10 yearsTravel Standard: 10 - 24 %5/8 (3) years of experience in exclusive dealer network management in the industrial goods sector.Global Breadth: Multi-Site (> One Location)Prerequisite Training Course: Basic product (machine & attachment) conceptGood technical understanding.Understanding of the functionalities within a dealership.Knowledge of the different customer requirements by customer segment.Knowledge of the characteristics of the CE market (in general and regional).Good knowledge and use of PowerPoint and Excel of MS Office. #J-18808-Ljbffr
