Lightspeed (TSX/NYSE: LSPD) is seeking a results-oriented German speaking Integrated Marketing Manager to develop and deliver marketing strategy for the German industry, in Berlin. You will drive growth at the top of the funnel through online and offline channels; masterminding the execution of brand and acquisition campaigns, brand activities, and conversion optimisation initiatives. You’ll also play a leading role in driving expansion and product adoption within our existing customer base. The ideal candidate is data driven and technical, while exhibiting outstanding strategic thinking, experience in crafting world-class marketing campaigns, and the energy and drive to own projects from ideation to execution.Your key responsibilities:Develop, and implement Germany’s annual and quarterly marketing roadmaps, calendars, campaigns and projects to drive pipeline and revenueCollaborate with Senior Director, Marketing EMEA to set and own the Germany marketing budgetBe accountable for DE & CHDE marketing targets: owning and driving brand, offline and integrated marketing initiatives while partnering with regional growth leads to deliver outstanding results and ongoing improvement across performance channelsOwn local targets, milestones and deliverables to support global marketing team OKRsOversee optimization and measurement of customer acquisition, cross and up-sell initiatives, and remarketing in order to deliver incremental sales, and boost retentionDevelop and implement customer marketing activities, including automation programsPartner with peers in other regions, to deliver global DE & CHDE campaigns, and Germany localization efforts where relevantPartner with Product Marketers to execute DE & CHDE product launchesPartner with Growth Marketing teams to ensure both tactical and always-on performance campaigns connect with and engage German audiencesWork with partnerships teams to identify co-marketing opportunities and then drive awareness and acquisition through product and distribution partner channelsPartner with the Events team to evaluate, plan and implement the Hospitality trade shows and events strategy for DE & CHDEBuild an amazing brand identity and drive awareness via industry and trade sponsorships and partnershipsCollaborate and engage with internal teams and external agencies to enhance company PR through effective storytelling, corporate communications and thought leadershipWork closely with the Sales team; enabling them to meet their commercial objectives by providing them with appropriate tools, materials and presentationsContinually review internal and external data sources to identify growth and expansion opportunities for Germany in the DE & CHDE regionOwn weekly, monthly and quarterly reporting responsibilities for Hospitality in Germany- collaborating with and distributing to local and global stakeholdersYour key working relationships:As the Integrated Marketing Manager for Germany in EMEA, you need to lead through positive relationships with the following internal parties:Senior Director of Marketing, EMEAGlobal Functional Marketing Leaders (Brand, PR & Comms, Events)Global Integrated Marketing ManagersStaffExperience:Broad marketing background with 5+ years or more relevant work experience with strong preference for experience in business-to-business software and commerceMarketing experience in the Hospitality industry is a bonusCapabilitiesProven experience developing and leading marketing roadmaps, campaigns and projects from customer insight to ideation and executionA strategic and analytical mind with a customer-centric focus and ownership mentality to deliver on business objectives and high-growth targetsMastery for identifying marketing opportunities for new customer acquisition and for growing and retaining an existing customer baseExcellent collaborator with experience working alongside Product, Marketing and Sales leaders of various levelsExceptional project management and communication skills in leading and influencing multiple stakeholders to meet project objectives and deadlinesExcellent business and commercial acuityDemonstrated qualitative and quantitative analytical skillsExperience utilizing models for, planning, decision-making, and/or budgetingWhat characteristics are we looking for?Highly organized, analytical and a motivated self-starter that thrives in a fast paced environmentStrong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbalAbility to build and maintain close working relationships and act as liaison with cross-functional and external stakeholdersAbility to act as a positive, motivating team member who can inspire others to rise to new challengesExperience is the Hospitality industry is a valuable assetWho we are:Lightspeed was founded in Montréal, Canada and is dual-listed on the New York Stock Exchange (NYSE: LSPD) and Toronto Stock Exchange (TSX: LSPD).
