As a working student at Siemens, you have the opportunity to actively contribute in the area of System Architecture and fully apply your skills.
Join our dynamic team of system and software architects as a Working Student to develop a sample system architecture which will be used for trainings within Siemens. The sample will be a complex system (e.g. an elevator) spanning various disciplines such as electrical, mechanical and software.
You’ll make a difference by
1. Supporting us to develop a practical case study focusing on the systems architecture of the system chosen
2. Designing the architecture covering:
3. Customer and system requirements
4. Functional architecture development
5. Static and dynamic system decomposition
6. Technical architecture with variant management
7. Preparing professional training materials using Powerpoint
8. You will work with experienced System Architects
9. You will transform complex technical concepts into clear, educational content
Your success is grounded in
10. You are currently enrolled in a technical degree program (e.g., Systems Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field)
11. You have strong analytical and systems thinking capabilities
12. Experience in technical documentation and architecture modeling are advantageous
13. Ideally you have experience with architecture modeling tools (e.g., MagicDraw)
14. Proficient in creating professional presentations (Powerpoint) is a plus
15. You have basic understanding of complex technical systems
16. You communicate confidently in English
