Job Description The Impact You’ll Make in this Role As an International Key Account Manager for Volkswagen Group, you will have the opportunity to tap into your curiosity and collaborate with some of the most innovative and diverse people around the world. Here, you will make an impact by: Leading the international “VW Away Country” Account Team and partnering with the National Key Account Manager in “VW Home Country.” Driving global sales, vehicle penetration, and spec-in wins. Building a strong opportunity pipeline across all “VW Away Countries.” Co-leading the New Model Planning approach and process. Transferring spec-in wins from Home to Away countries and implementing Application Replication opportunities. Monitoring “Close-Lost” opportunities to initiate Competitive Conversion actions. Exploring Quick-Fix opportunities through targeted customer visits and line walks. Collaborating with the international Tier Team, Sales Operations, and Application Engineering to ensure effective “Pitch & Catch.” Your Skills and Expertise To set you up for success in this role from day one, 3M is looking for candidates who meet following minimum requirements: Proven experience as a sales leader of international teams Substantial experience with strategic key account management Demonstrated success in selling complex products Fluency in English Additional knowledge / nice-to-have skills / preferred qualifications that could help you succeed even further in this role include: Bachelor’s degree and or master’s degree in business or marketing Proven sales and marketing experience in the Automotive industry Comfortable working in a technical/engineering environment Experience in effective communication across multiple countries/cultures International collaboration skills, influencing cross functional teams Project management, strategic/tactical planning, and prioritization skills Demonstrated experience of effective negotiation skills High degree of commercial acumen Job specifics: Travel expectations: May include up to 50% international travel Relocation: Not authorized Working pattern: Full time Does this opportunity and our innovative 3M culture align with your career aspirations?
