We are looking for an Operations Lead (m/f/d) to work in a highly dynamic environment to join us in our Insight to Impact (I2I) team, preferable based at our offices in Monheim (Germany).
About the Role:
You will work as a dedicated Operations Lead in close collaboration with the Asset Leadership Teams of Immunology, Epilepsy, and Rare Diseases. Setting you up for success, it is expected to:
* Develop and use local strategic CRM, manage a high-performing team, and create actionable insights from market understanding.
* Partner with leaders and teams to implement strategic goals, provide operational excellence, and establish cutting-edge business thinking based on benchmarks.
Day-to-Day Focus:
* Partner with leadership teams to generate actionable insights and support performance management and business review meetings.
* Translate business needs into CRM solutions and manage the E2E Geo-structure process.
* Initiate and drive local field force resource allocation and excellence in execution.
* Co-lead the strategic implementation of Segmentation & Targeting across German Sales teams.
* Optimize G2M strategies and foster cross-functional collaborations with I2I, Sales, Medical, Market Access, and Digital teams.
Interested? For this position you’ll need the following education, experience, and skills:
* MSc in Biotechnology, Economics, Financials, or a Medical-related university degree.
* 5+ years in the pharmaceutical industry within commercial, medical, market access, and/or marketing.
* Solid analytical skills and ability to consolidate data sets.
* Hands-on CRM system experience (Salesforce/Veeva-CRM).
* Demonstrated project management skills (negotiation, planning, prioritization, time management, monitoring).
* Effective communication and presentation skills in German and English.
* Excellent interpersonal skills, ability to work independently and collaboratively.
* Solution-oriented, innovative, and focused on providing customer value.
