About this position: As a Working Student in our Knowledge Operations Team, you will play a crucial role in assisting our team with various tasks related to Knowledge Base DISH Support and Release Notes/ Product Updates to communicate this content in 16 countries. This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about creating content like documents, tutorials and videos. Your responsibilities: To be successful, you will create content e.g. tutorials, FAQ articles, avatar videos and training materials. Daily, you will be the first contact for all matters concerning the creation of digital support. In this environment, you will be responsible for the exchange with Marketing, Product and Commercial to bring the knowledge transfer to the next level. Your Profile: You are currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s or Master’s program. Fluent in English. German, Spanish, Italian or French is beneficial. Work experience with Adobe Creative is beneficial. Experience with maintaining public content on online platforms and localization of content for different country markets. Clear understanding of how knowledge content needs to be created and published through various channels and for different target groups internal & external. Why DISH?
