Your next challenge: Present CIB clients with suitable liquidity management, brokerage, hedging, and structured product solutions that align with CIB funding objectives and enhance bank profitability. Identify growth opportunities and provide tailored strategic advice to CIB clients in collaboration with relationship managers. Review CIB products and services with CIB management teams, focusing on pricing to create a compelling Value Proposition. Represent CIB in the dealing room, assisting teams with issues beyond the conventional framework for CIB clients. Meet the financial objectives of the Institutional Sales and Advisory unit. Build and expand a network of corporate and institutional clients in Luxembourg and key markets like France, Belgium, Germany, and Switzerland. Maintain strong internal partnerships for effective collaboration with support functions. Propose competitive solutions in: Treasury operations Brokerage services (equities, bonds, FX, precious metals, funds) Structured products Hedging and derivatives Engage proactively with corporate and institutional clients to offer value added products that also improve the bank''s margins. Facilitate cross selling within CIB by participating in department meetings, presenting complex products, and supporting internal sales during client visits. Adhere to the bank''s ethics and compliance rules, including MiFID and EMIR regulations, while delivering excellent client service. Produce reports on commercial activity evolution, categorizing volumes and revenues by activity and client type. Your skills: Master degree in Economics and/or Finance and/or commercial and fiscal law Proficiency in both French and English is essential. Fluency in Luxembourgish or German is considered a valuable asset. Excellent knowledge of financial markets, products and services and in particular the ones of the value proposition. Experience of 10 years in Sales / Trading of financial products. Risk management expertise. Expertise in financial analysis.
