We are an in-office company, and our expectation is that employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week. However, we also recognize the importance of flexibility and trust our employees to manage their schedules responsibly. This may include occasional remote work, starting the day with morning meetings from home before heading to the office or leaving earlier when needed to accommodate family commitments. (Note: this is not applicable for EpiSci roles).
About the role
We are looking for a technical recruiter based out of Munich as we are rapidly expanding our EMEA region. You will play a substantial role in building and supporting the entire recruiting infrastructure in Munich. This is a unique opportunity for an ambitious and startup-minded person who wants to experience nonlinear growth by joining a top company early on, and it comes with a lot of responsibility across hiring and retaining top talent.
We are seeking someone with an experienced recruiting background who is excited to support all facets of our growing business and is capable of managing and building various recruiting and people systems from the ground up.

* Independently manage a full-lifecycle recruiting workload for various roles.
* Provide leadership with data and metrics on recruiting efforts.
* Be a trusted partner for our employees in Europe in all matters of employee growth and happiness.
* Become an expert in the local automotive and autonomous systems industry and be our external representative for talent.
* Program manage projects related to recruiting and culture optimization.
* Drive employer branding activities across Europe to boost our local talent brand.
We're looking for someone who has:
* 3 years of recruiting experience with a focus on technical positions.
* Strong organizational skills.
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to have:
* Agency and in-house recruiting experience.
* Experience working in the autonomy or automotive domains.
* Startup experience.
