For our growingAutomotive division in Büdingen (near to Hanau / Frankfurt– Germany), we are looking for a Marketing Manager DACH(f/m/x) (Germany, Austria, Switzerland) The Marketing Manager(DACH) is part of the Marketing & Communications team andreports to the Global Director Marketing. The Marketing &Communications Team is responsible for the execution of themarketing and communications strategy and programs across our B2Band B2C channels in the Automotive and Industrial segments. Theteam is responsible for all cross-channel marketing activation aswell as Brand Strategy and Corporate positioning. As a B2B andTrade Marketeer, you will handle the marketing &communication activities for brand awareness and commercialcommunication in DACH with focus on the automotive aftermarketsegment. This includes, among others, local campaign developmentand event planning, lead generation, as well as local content andsales collateral curation/ creation. Together with the GlobalDirector Marketing: Defining the Marketing & Communicationsroadmap for the DACH market Own responsibility: Developing localmarketing communication initiatives and promotions in line withcustomer channels and target groups Design & localizecontent marketing strategies and set short-term goals Online andoffline marketing: local implementation of digital media, includingcontent, SEM, display, social, email, and affiliate channels Design& localize sales collaterals such as product brochures,promotional or POS materials Working with local sales teams in bothSales Enablement and Account-Based Approach Operational interfacefunction with: Product marketing, Sales Reps / Key AccountManagers, and contacts on the customer side Event planning& execution Manage local PR and communication activitiesManagement of agencies and external service providers Budgetplanning & monitoring What we ask for: Qualification& Experience BSc degree in Marketing or relevant fieldExcellent understanding of B2B and Trade marketing, preferably inautomotive aftermarket (3 years+) Proven track record in deliveringmarketing campaigns that drive sales growth Ability to create valuepropositions that communicate clearly to targeted audiencesExtensive experience creating audience segments and developingmarketing road maps, action plans and campaigns that deliver atargeted message and create affinity with brands An understandingof agile marketing, to identify and focus on high-value projectsand then continuously and incrementally improve the results overtime Knowledge of Demand Generation tactics and Lead Conversionprinciples Ability to create relevant contents in the360•chain (incl.
